A lovely display of large 10.0cm to 15.0cm, deep-purple flowers with a reddish bar and creamy-yellow anthers on greenish-white filaments will smother this clematis over an extended flowering period. Flowering in two waves with the first from late-spring to early-summer followed by a second flush from late-summer to early-autumn.
