This vigorous growing, compact clematis will produce an abundance of particularly attractive double blooms up to 12.0cm across. Flowering from late spring through the summer the individual flowers can last for up to four weeks. As they age the outer sepals fall away leaving their central pompoms for additional interest.
Easy to grow in moist, well-drained soil. For the best colour it prefers full sun but can tolerate partial shade. Deadhead after the first flush of flowers to promote new blooms.
