Rhapsody has the most beautiful bright, sapphire-blue, star-shaped flowers with six deeply textured tepals tapering along crimped margins to pointed tips. The crown of stamens are an excellent contrast, having white filaments and yellow anthers. This is one of the every few large flowered Clematis to have a noticeable sweet scent. Hard pruning will keep the plant compact but will delay the flowering period.
Rhapsody is suitable for growing in containers or planting in the garden
