A prolific covering of large, eye-catching, 15-20cm, white, semi-double flowers in two waves from late-spring through autumn. The tapered white sepals have bright rose pink bars flaring from their bases in a brush-stroke fashion with a central boss of yellow stamens. In the spring the flowers are semi-double and quite dramatic, but in the autumn, the flowers are smaller and have a more delicate charm.

Andromeda' was raised by Ken Pyne from seed he gathered from C. 'General Sikorski' and introduced in 1994.
