An award winning classic bred in France by Francisque Morel in 1885 producing masses of medium sized 5-10cm, deep purple flowers with creamy-yellow stamens from summer to autumn. A tried and true variety with healthy, reliable and abundant blooms from summer through autumn.
Raised by Francisque Morel of France and introduced in 1885 it has received the prestigious Royal Horticultural Society 'Award of Garden Merit for its outstanding qualities.
